ANGEL

8 year young Angel is looking for a forever home either as a single pet or with one other dog that is well matched for her - possibly a medium/small breed dog with the same energy level as her which is low to med. Two short walks of 30 minutes a day is all she needs to keep her happy. Angel is fit and healthy, and loves to explore the outdoors where she walks beautifully on lead but is equally happy curled up on the sofa in front of the TV getting cuddles. She can be quite needy (for snuggles and cuddles) on occasions so would love a family that enjoy being tactile with their dog. She would also be perfect for a family that enjoys taking their dog most places with them.

This stunningly beautiful Stafford is a gentle soul who simply thrives on human companionship, so would be ideal as an only pet too. She is the sweetest little dog who has been an absolute pleasure to have in foster care. Angel settled into her new foster home environment really quickly and we have no doubt that she will do the same in her forever home. She is a very happy, sometimes chatty, little dog who's tail is always wagging.

Angel can be left for reasonable amounts of time (4 - 4.5 hours a day) without becoming anxious or unhappy and has never been destructive, so would suit a family that were at work during the day provided there was a friend, family member or neighbour who could tend to her half way through the day.

Angel walks really well on the lead, sleeps well at night and travels well in a car.

Overall, Angel is an outstanding example of the breed that would suit a variety of families including a senior, retired/semi-retired couple that would love a really affectionate dog for friendship and a permanent bond. Any children in a potential forever home would need to be aged 8 years and above.
